Two brothers-in-law took a trip to Los Angeles and tried Nashville hot chicken for the first time. One meal turned into five straight days of hot chicken. The combination of crispy breading, juicy chicken, heat, sweetness and crunch had us completely hooked.

When we came back home to Miami, the craving came with us.

We searched everywhere for that same experience and couldn’t find it. So we decided to create it ourselves.

What followed were months of testing, countless batches of chicken, a lot of mistakes, and an obsession with getting every part of the bite just right.

From the crunch of the breading to the balance of heat and sweetness, every detail is built around one thing: making every bite hit the way that first one did.

Today, every piece of Bro’s chicken is breaded and fried fresh to order, then coated in our signature blend of spices at the heat level you choose. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with the flavor that made us fall in love with hot chicken in the first place.

Bro’s was built from a simple idea: bring the hot chicken we couldn’t stop thinking about back home to Miami.

What started with one bite became Bro’s.
